Apprenticeship opportunity
We are offering an opportunity for an apprentice to learn and teach with the horses and Stormy May in North San Juan, California. If you feel the call of the horses in your heart, please let us know about yourself and what you would like to learn. We will talk to each applicant individually to determine if this step feels right for everyone involved.
You must have the drive and stamina to look through all the obstacles to getting to North San Juan and be able to make it happen. Prior horse experience is not a requirement. A love for humans and animals, and reverence for life are the only prerequisites.

Meet us at a film screening in Malibu, Saturday, March 24th
On March 24th we will be attending a film screening of The Path of the Horse in Malibu, California at Pepperdine University. The Path of the Horse will be playing in a double feature with a documentary called Homestretch which chronicles the pairing of prison inmates and end-of-career racehorses. The Path of the Horse will be the final film in a series called THE HORSE & HUMAN PSYCHE: A cinematic inquiry into education and psychological development through horses and the natural environment. After the film, Stormy May will talk about the work we're doing now as well as answering questions and networking with others who are on the Path. We hope many of you can meet us in Malibu.
